Microsoft is evaluating a new ChatGPT version created especially for sectors where data security is crucial.

According to a report by The Information(opens in new tab), the company, 

 which holds the rights to resell ChatGPT technology after investing billions of dollars in OpenAI, 

hopes that a new, more secure version will appeal to industries

that have up to this point been hesitant to share their data with the AI writer.

The business version might be made available to banks, healthcare facilities,

 other businesses as soon as "later this quarter," according to an announcement.
